All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement or payment receipt.
A minimum deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your event date.
Final payments are due at least 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.
Nimbus Catering reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an order if payments are delayed.
